As a small to medium size business, we have run successfully for over 3 years. Our marketing efforts were on the ground thru basic print-branding efforts, and our website was a reflection of that with a minimal presence or focus. As an owner, the question is absolutely about return on investment and profitability!

What we have learned is that we are now doing business in multiple settings – in-person as well as digital environments and how both of those affect our client relations.

In a changing world with ways clients access our products via media options, we can control our business with what is NOW available in a central-hub digital platform. Our site is now our core that truly directs our clients through an entire portfolio of identity, targeted campaigns, as well as connections to other forms of media like photo, video, and podcast to get our message out.

As a result of a re-investment plan this past year, I have closely tracked increases in traffic to our campaigns and ultimately an increase in profitability…setting our sights on a new benchmark for potentials.
